Kaw Point Fibershed

The Kaw Point Fibershed is a connection point for shepards, shearers, farmers, artisans, local retailers, natural dyers, mill owners, hand spinners, guilds, and others to come together within the 150 mile radius of the convergence of the Kansas and Missouri Rivers. Our goal is to create a local Fibershed that is able to provide sustainable textile options for the community with a resilient local network of fiber producers, processors, and consumers. We host and share events featuring local producers and products, have a directory for members to connect with eachother and community members to use as a resource, share a monlthy newletter, and meet on the last tuesday of every month.
