About: I’m Amy, a native of Kansas who lived in Iowa with my family for several years before returning to my roots a few years ago. I began dyeing yarn using plants grown in my suburban home garden, as well as foraged plant matter, after longing to connect my knitting to the land I call home. Tree Spirit Handmade launches in August of 2025, offering affordable, unique, and eco conscious yarns to my fellow fiber artists.
